Remote help that's safe
by design

The only remote assistance tool where helpers can view but never control. Architecturally read-only — not a permission, a guarantee.

Read-only architecture is covered by UK patent applications. Helpers physically cannot control the remote device — this is enforced at the protocol level, not by permissions.
How it works
Two roles. One session. Zero risk.

TinyRDP separates the helper and the person needing help into two clearly defined roles with different tools and different pages.

The innovation
Why read-only matters

Every other remote assistance tool gives helpers control. TinyRDP is the first to make that architecturally impossible.

Traditional remote desktop

Helper has full keyboard and mouse control. You must trust them completely. One wrong move and they can access anything.

Permission-based tools

Tools that claim "view only" use software permissions — which can be bypassed, overridden or changed mid-session.

TinyRDP architecture

The session protocol only transmits screen pixels from helper to viewer. There is no input channel back. Control is physically impossible.

Security
Identity verified before every session

TinyRDP uses our TSA (Trusted Session Authority) to verify helper identity before any session begins.

TSA authentication

Every helper logs in with their verified TinyWeb account before connecting. Anonymous helpers are impossible.

Session codes

6-digit session codes expire after one use. Share the code only with the person you trust to help you.

Full audit trail

Every session is logged — who connected, when, for how long. The person being helped can see the complete audit trail.

No install required

Browser-based. Nothing to download, nothing to install. Works on any device with a modern browser.

End-to-end encryption

All screen data is encrypted end-to-end using WebRTC. Not even TinyWeb can see the session content.
